Color Schemes and Cookies

AFTER MANY REQUESTS FROM OUR READERS, Narco News now offers an alternate, white-on-black color scheme for our website. Switch color schemes using the black and white squares in the top right-hand corner of most of the pages on Narco News.

For the alternate color scheme to work, you must have "cookies" enabled on your web browser. (If you don't know whether or not cookies are enabled on your browser, they probably are.) A cookie is a small file stored on your computer, used by many websites to store a user's personal preferences. This cookie will store only your color preference, and will not compromise your privacy in any way. We do not collect information on your color preferences or any other preferences, and will not. We're too busy reporting the news. Once you quit your web browser, the cookie will be deleted.

For more information on cookies, see David Whalen's "Cookie FAQ" and Netscape's cookie specification.
