Okay, testing, let's see if we're on the air. This is Radio Insurgente, the voice of the Zapatista Army of National Liberation, broadcasting from the mountains of the Mexican southeast. We are interrupting the transmission of Hala Bedi Irratia in the Basque Country, in order to send a greeting to all the listeners, men, women, children and elderly of the Basque Country, our brothers in the struggle for liberation and recognition of the rights of peoples. In addition to wishing you all a happy 20th anniversary, for your twenty years broadcasting as a free radio station, we want to invite you to participate in all that is happening at the international level with the Sixth Declaration. We are not telling people how this is going to happen, we are inviting the people to voice their opinions, to participate, to make proposals so that between all of us we can come up with an agreement about what direction this great encounter is going to take, to see how we are going to confront the rich and powerful.

That is we are also taking advantage of this medium, Hala Bedi Irratia, to send out an sincere apology on my part to the entire Basque people for our clumsiness, for my personal clumsiness, when we tried to promote something in the Basque Country to respond to the attacks that you are suffering. We hope that decisiveness you have shown for the struggle means that you have the same nobility to give us the forgiveness we ask. In terms of all the rest, keep your spirits up, and we will see each other sometime, somewhere, when this world, the Basque Country, the Indian peoples in Mexico, and all the people who fight for their liberation find it where they have to find it: below and to the left.

A salute to you, then, and farewell. We return to the transmission of Radio Insurgente, the voice of those without voice, the voice of the Zapatista Army of National Liberation, from the mountains of the Mexican southeast in a special broadcast for the Basque Country.
