Working with Bahraini journalist Nada Alwadi (graduate of Narco News’ March 2011 workshop on Citizen Journalism & Civil Resistance in Madrid), 2011 School of Authentic Journalism scholar Hanna Nikkanen put English subtitles on this video for the song “I Am Bahraini.” The song and video are a response and correction to international media claims that the Bahraini resistance is a religious dispute.
