I hope the New Year finds you in good humor.

I write to inform you that we are willing to waive service of process if you send me an agreement that Defendant The Narco News Bulletin and I will have 90 days from today to respond to your lawsuit.

You may respond to this request by email to narconews@hotmail.com, and please do, as part of this understanding, send a hard copy of your letter to the attorney representing my co-defendant, so that he may be kept abreast of all developments.

Also, I understand that it is proper courtesy to inform the adversary attorney when a judge has ruled on my motion.

Thus, I fraternally inform you that there is an order from the Judge that adjourns the pre-trial conference that had been scheduled for January 25th, and reschedules it for March 8th. The order may have other information that is important to you.

Yours in the pursuit of truth and justice,
