As Delegate Zero’s Tour Continues, the Other Journalism Needs Supporters and Translators in Order to Go On Reporting

A Letter to Readers from Mercedes Osuna

By Mercedes Osuna
General Coordinator, The Other Journalism with the Other Campaign

October 4, 2006

Dear Readers and Compañeros:

As you know, Delegate Zero’s tour will begin on October 9 with a trek through northern Mexico, and for that reason The Other Journalism with the Other Campaign caravan will soon resume its work covering the tour.

We thank all of you who consult the webpage of the Other Journalism, and we especially appreciate all our contributors, who, without any economic interest, offer their time to report truthfully at a local, national, and international level the events of Delegate Zero’s tour.

We also thank all our compañeros who have given economic support; without that, the Other Journalism would not be possible.

Furthermore, we take this opportunity to ask you once again for you precious and priceless economic support and for your help in translating to and from all the different languages that our information arrives in, because without this aid it will not be possible to continue the work of the Other Journalism.

To make a contribution online, please visit the website of The Fund for Authentic Journalism:

http://www.authenticjournalism.org

Or send your check, made out to “The Fund for Authentic Journalism” to:

The Fund for Authentic Journalism
P.O. Box 241
Natick, MA 01760

To volunteer to help us with translations, please send an email to webmaster@narconews.com and let us know what languages you work in.

If everyone works together, we will be able to share the information on what is going on at this stage of the Other Campaign, in northern Mexico. “The Other Campaign continues its walk across the country and will not abandon its path or its destination.”

Mercedes Osuna
